House Cleaner
Location: Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, Aubrey, and surrounding areas.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable House Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, ensuring their spaces are spotless, fresh, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces in all areas of the home (e.g., bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms).
- Bathroom & Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers) and kitchen appliances (refrigerators, ovens, microwaves), countertops, and cabinets.
- Floors & Carpets: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, including carpets, hardwoods, and tile. Spot clean rugs and carpets when necessary.
- Window & Surface Cleaning: Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to remove smudges and streaks. Wipe down and polish all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture.
- Trash & Recycling: Empty trash bins and recycling containers in all rooms, and ensure that they are disposed of properly.
- Organizing: Assist with light organizing, such as folding laundry, making beds, and tidying up common areas.
- Specialized Cleaning: Complete occasional tasks like deep cleaning (e.g., behind furniture, baseboards, and inside appliances) or specialized projects as needed.
- Maintain Cleaning Supplies: Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good working condition and notify the manager when supplies need to be restocked.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by communicating any special requests or concerns and ensuring a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to complete all jobs within the assigned timeframe.
- Trustworthiness: Must be reliable and trustworthy, as you will be working in clients' homes. You will need to pass a criminal background check.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to follow instructions, report any issues, and provide updates to the supervisor.
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
