For first-time visits or homes that haven’t been cleaned recently, we start with a deep clean to remove built-up dust, grease, and grime so everything is brought to a true baseline. This allows us to deliver better results, work efficiently, and keep future recurring cleanings consistent and fairly priced. Once the initial deep clean is complete, you’ll be eligible for regular maintenance service going forward.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged $75.

If we arrive and are unable to access the home within 15 minutes, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Recurring service pricing applies only while service remains on schedule. Skipped or repeatedly rescheduled visits may result in pricing reverting to standard rates.

We do not offer one-time, first-time, or promotional discounts. Pricing is based on home size, condition, and service frequency to ensure consistent, high-quality work.

Recurring pricing remains in effect as long as service stays on the agreed schedule. Skipped or paused visits may result in pricing reverting to standard rates.

What’s included in a standard cleaning, and what’s considered extra?

Accepted Answer

A standard cleaning covers all agreed-upon areas of the home and includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning, and general tidying within reasonable limits.

Services such as inside ovens, refrigerators, interior windows, heavy buildup, excessive pet hair, post-construction debris, or homes requiring significantly more time due to clutter or condition are not included unless specifically added to the service.

If additional time or services are needed beyond the original scope, we’ll discuss options and pricing before proceeding.

To help us clean efficiently and deliver the best results, we ask that homes be generally picked up before our arrival. This includes clearing floors, countertops, sinks, and shower areas of personal items, dishes, toys, and loose clutter.

Please secure pets, place valuables away, and ensure we have clear access to the home at the scheduled time. If there are areas you’d like us to focus on or avoid, let us know in advance.

Excessive clutter or time spent organizing may reduce the time available for actual cleaning and could require additional time or pricing adjustments.
